College of Pharmacy celebrates outstanding would-be graduates

The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University held an honoring ceremony for 11 outstanding students who are expected to graduate this academic year. These students received the highest scores in a comprehensive examination conducted by the College a few days ago.

The ceremony, attended by the dean and members of the teaching and administrative staff, began with a speech by Prof. Nageeb Hassan, Dean of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, in which he praised the achievement of these would-be graduates and the excellent results achieved in the comprehensive exit examination held by the College. Prof. Nageeb wished them success in their academic and professional future. He then honored the outstanding students by presenting certificates of appreciation and smart tablets to each honoree.

53 students took part in the exam. The exam aimed to evaluate the college's outputs by testing the students in the various courses they studied during their studies. This is part of the college's quality assurance effort to comply with international accreditation requirements that the college plans to acquire in 2018-2019.
