Students Activities

The College Of Pharmacy and Health Sciences students actively participate in the scientific events organized by the college every year. These activities aim to raise health awareness and education among the local community.

The scheduled activities of the college for the academic year 2015-2016 include the following:

1. Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign scheduled on Thursday 29/10/2015.
2. Diabetes Day: an educational day for fighting Diabetes among male and female students, their families, staff members and patients of the dental clinics. This event is scheduled on Thursday 12/11/2015.
3. Smoking Fighting Campaign: under the slogan “Smoke-Free Campus” or “Smoke-Free Life”. This event is to be scheduled during February 2016.

Our students also annually participate in Dubai International Pharmaceuticals & Technologies Conference & Exhibition
(DUPHAT) where they present their research activities through oral presentations or posters.

The next DUPHAT conference will be held in March 2016.
