Pharmacy Students from Fujairah Attend International Conference
The College of pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University of Sciences and Technology, Fujairah campus recently participated in the 2nd Clinical Simulation Conference and Exhibition held in Dubai Heath Care City. A delegation headed by Prof. Dr. Samia Siralkhatim, Deputy Dean, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in addition to college teaching assistants Ph. Nader Abu Mukhimer and Ph. Tarek Shahin and final Bachelors of Pharmacy students visited the conference.
This conference reflected the effective collaboration between Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and European Society of Clinical Simulation (ESCS) under a generous Patronage of the Head of Dubai Heath Care City Authority Her Highness Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, Wife of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum - UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
Prof. Dr. Samia stated that the aim of such visit is to view the latest technologies in the field of clinical simulation that serves the medical education processes by developing the clinical knowledge and teaching methodologies via integration of simulation tools and programs within the daily teaching practices.
